Shelf life of homemade deer repellent?

I mixed some up but don't know how long I can keep it. How long does it last?

Most of the homemade deer repellent recipes are made to repel the deer with smell. The older the mix gets, the smellier it is. If you use eggs, the smell will really just get worse and worse and that is good. I can't think of any reason it wouldn't stay good for as long as it stays smelly. The hot peppers will stay hot or just get hotter, so you should be good indefinitely.
